How quickly will the messages be sent?

As soon as you have confirmation that your message has been accepted, we send your message instantly.

How much does it cost?

Please refer to the section called pricing.

Are mobile phones included in the pricing?

YES.

What happens if my baby arrives in the middle of the night? I don’t want to wake up all of friends.

BabyVoiceTM only sends your message between 8am and 9pm 7 days a week. If you enter your message in the middle of the night, we shall broadcast it the next morning.

What happens if no one answers the phone?

BabyVoiceTM automatically retries any engaged or unanswered numbers. If the call goes to voicemail, then the message will be left there. A message cannot be left if the person does not answer the phone and no connection is made with their answer phone.

What does the person receiving the call hear?

Their phone will ring just as normal. As soon as they answer their phone, a voice tells them to "please hold the line", then they hear your voice message.

What happens if I have given you a wrong number?

You must ensure that you don’t do this. It is your responsibility to get the numbers right.

What happens if I want to add someone to the list after I have paid?

Unfortunately, once your list has been uploaded it cannot be changed. So, please make sure that you have thought about everyone that you would like included in your list.

How long before my baby is due should I have my BabyVoiceTM activated?

From experience at least 2 weeks before you are due. Babies have a habit of not always arriving on time every time!

Do all the messages get delivered ?

We retry all busy and non contactable numbers at least twice. We do our utmost to get every single message delivered.
